ExpatPocket is a personal finance management application designed for expatriates and internationally mobile individuals. It provides tools to track income, expenses, investments, and savings goals across multiple countries and currencies. Features include AI-powered receipt scanning, bank statement import, financial insights powered by AI, multi-currency conversion, and subscription management. ExpatPocket is a software tool, not a financial institution. We do not hold, move, or manage your money.
ExpatPocket is offered on a subscription basis with three plans: Solo, Family, and Pro. Plans are available on monthly or annual billing cycles. • Billing: Subscriptions are billed automatically at the start of each billing cycle via Stripe. • Annual plans: Billed once per year at a discounted rate compared to monthly billing. • Price changes: We will notify you at least 30 days in advance of any price changes. Changes take effect at your next renewal. • Failed payments: If a payment fails, we will notify you and provide a grace period before service is interrupted.
New users receive a 30-day free trial of ExpatPocket with full access to all features. • No credit card is required to start the free trial. • After the trial period ends, you must subscribe to continue using premium features. Your data is retained and not deleted if you do not immediately subscribe. • The free trial is offered once per user account. Creating multiple accounts to claim additional trials violates these Terms.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access until then. • We do not provide partial refunds for unused time in a billing period, except where required by law. • 14-day money-back guarantee: If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days of your first paid subscription, contact us at support@expatpocket.com for a full refund. • To cancel: Go to Settings → Subscription → Manage Billing, or contact support@expatpocket.com. • Account deletion: Deleting your account permanently removes all data and cancels your subscription immediately. This action cannot be undone.

ExpatPocket makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any financial analysis generated by the app.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: • ExpatPocket and its operators are not liable for any financial losses, investment losses, tax liabilities, or other damages arising from your use of or reliance on information provided by the app. • We are not liable for inaccuracies in currency exchange rates, AI-generated insights, or financial projections. • Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from use of ExpatPocket shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. • In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
You agree not to: • Use ExpatPocket for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or tax fraud. • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the service. • Create multiple accounts to abuse the free trial. • Upload offensive, malicious, or harmful content. • Share your account credentials with others.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You own the financial data you enter into ExpatPocket. You grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to provide the service. For full details on data collection, storage, and your rights, please read our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms. You will be notified unless doing so would cause harm or is prohibited by law. You may delete your account at any time via Settings.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE, unless applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
